I have written a lot of these ” about me's” in the past. Before I would define myself by my circumstances, experiences, and past. So as of this moment I have come to a realization that I am ever changing. I am everything. I am life/love. To be more specific though! I am very passionate about learning to be the best I can be so I can have the courage, clarity, and strength to get out the message of how everything is correlated to each other! we are not separate. Of course that means eating a high raw foods diet at least or 100 percent raw. It really starts from what you eat and what your beliefs are.
